The company operates under license number 3529, on an industrial site utilizing artificial intelligence. It sources high-quality natural agarwood from four different countries.

Smart Incense has achieved global brand recognition and products have penetrated entirely new markets to more than 400 points of sale across the Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Morocco, Iraq and Italy.

As a result of this development and growth, shares of Smart Incense Trading Company were listed and began trading on Nomu – the parallel market in October 2023.
